M1911 weapon overview
The 1911 is a semi-automatic pistol added to Black Ops 7 in Season 3, offering high close-range damage with decent recoil control and a modest ammo capacity. It has been regarded as a standout among the game's pistols for its effective range and per-shot damage, and its Prestige attachment converts it to fully automatic fire. In Zombies, Pack-a-Punching it turns it into the Mustang, and the Akimbo version upgrades into the grenade-firing Mustang & Sally.

Leveling the M1911
A high-damage close-range sidearm/secondary that out-ranges other pistols in its class, suited to aggressive play.
Weapon XP comes from kills and objective play with the M1911 equipped, up to Level 28. Leveling it unlocks its attachments and feeds every camo challenge below.
