The agreement between you and Boss Services.
Welcome to Boss Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the terms below. They’re not as scary as they look — read on.
01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Boss Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, Discord community, and all boosting and gaming services we offer (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02 Definitions
- “Booster” — a vetted player who fulfils orders on our platform.
- “Order” — a service you purchase, such as a rank boost, power leveling, currency farming, camo or challenge unlock, bot lobby, or a pre-made account.
- “Account credentials” — the login details you provide so a booster can complete an account-share order.
- “Self-play / duo” — an order where you keep playing on your own account alongside a booster.
03 The services we provide
Boss Services provides game boosting, power leveling, currency and material farming, achievement, camo and challenge completion, bot lobbies, coaching, and the sale of pre-made accounts across 30+ supported games. Services are delivered by verified boosters either through account sharing or by playing alongside you, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
04 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.
05 Your account & information
You are responsible for keeping your Boss Services account and any passwords secure, and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@bosslobbies.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
06 Account credentials & safety
For account-share orders you provide your game login at your own discretion and consent. We take extensive precautions to protect your account, including: routing through a VPN in your own country, encrypted credential handling, manual play only (no cheats, bots, or third-party software), and appear-offline / stealth practices where the game allows. Credentials are accessible only to your assigned booster and are deleted once your order is complete. You agree not to change your password mid-order without telling us, as this will pause delivery.
07 Risk acknowledgement — game publisher rules
Many game publishers restrict account sharing or boosting in their own terms of service. Account actions are extremely rare with our methods, but they cannot be entirely eliminated. By ordering, you acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and that we are not responsible for actions taken by a game publisher against your account. Where an issue is attributable to our handling, our Refund Policy and money-back guarantee apply.
08 Placing an order & delivery
Once payment is confirmed, we match your order with a suitable booster as quickly as we can. Estimated start and completion times are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed; they can vary with queue times, matchmaking, rank distance, and booster availability. For account-share orders you agree not to log in while a booster is working unless we’ve scheduled time for you, as this can disrupt delivery and account safety.
09 Pricing, currency & payment
Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or cryptocurrency via NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL and others). We never see or store your full card or wallet details. Prices, promotions, and service availability may change at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
10 Chargebacks & payment disputes
We back every order with a money-back guarantee and resolve the overwhelming majority of issues within hours, so a chargeback is never necessary. Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, you agree to first contact Boss Services at support@bosslobbies.com or through our Discord and to allow us a reasonable period of at least seven (7) days to investigate and resolve your concern.
By placing an order and completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- you will raise any issue with us directly and give us the opportunity to resolve it before contacting your payment provider;
- filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us and allowing the 7-day resolution window, or for a service that was delivered as described, is a material breach of these Terms and is treated as an abusive or fraudulent dispute;
- our services are digital and are rendered/consumed on delivery; cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible and can only be refunded by us directly under our Refund Policy;
- where you file a chargeback in breach of this section, we may suspend or terminate your account, refuse future service, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees we incur; and
- we may submit these Terms (which you accepted at checkout), your order and delivery records, our communications with you, and proof that you did not contact us first, to your payment provider as evidence in the dispute.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, including for services that were not delivered as described.
11 Refunds & money-back guarantee
Every order is backed by our money-back guarantee. In short: orders that haven’t started can be cancelled for a full refund, and in-progress orders may be partially refunded based on completion. Full details and how to request a refund are in our Refund Policy.
12 Customer conduct
- Treat our boosters and support team with respect — abuse, threats, or harassment are not tolerated.
- Provide accurate order details and respond to reasonable requests needed to complete your order.
- Do not request anything illegal, or anything that would require cheats, exploits, or third-party software.
13 Boosters, creators & resellers
Boosters, content creators, and resellers work with us as independent contractors or partners, not employees, and apply through our Careers page. Partners must meet our skill, safety, and conduct standards, keep customer information confidential, and follow our account-safety protocols on every order. We may decline or end any partnership at our discretion.
14 Prohibited uses
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or to defraud others.
- Reselling or transferring an order without our written consent (outside our reseller program).
- Abusing, threatening, or harassing our boosters or staff.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our platform.
- Submitting false information, fraudulent payments, or abusive chargebacks.
15 Intellectual property & trademarks
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Boss Services and protected by intellectual-property law. All game titles, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers. Boss Services is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Game names are used only to describe the services we offer.
16 Service availability & changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability, and we will make reasonable efforts to complete or refund affected orders.
17 Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific rank, reward, or outcome beyond the service ordered will be achieved.
18 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
19 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boss Services and its boosters and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
20 Communications & notices
By using the Services you agree to receive service-related communications from us by email, per-order ticket, and our Discord. For support you can reach us any time at support@bosslobbies.com or through our Discord server.
21 Disputes & governing law
We want to resolve any concern fairly — please contact us first and we’ll work with you in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute can’t be resolved informally, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware (or, where applicable, binding arbitration seated in Delaware). Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
22 Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Refund, and Cookie policies, are the entire agreement between you and Boss Services regarding the Services.
23 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
