01 Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how Boss Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, place an order, or interact with us on Discord. It applies to all customers, applicants (boosters, creators, resellers), and visitors.

02 Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you register.
• Order information — the services you buy, game/rank details, and order history.
• Game credentials — provided only for account-share orders; shared solely with your assigned booster and deleted after completion (see §6).
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple/Google Pay) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We never see or store your full card or wallet details.
• Communications — messages you send via tickets, email, the contact form, or Discord.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.

03 How we use your information

• To provide, deliver, and support your orders and match you with a booster.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To communicate with you about orders, support requests, and important updates.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

04 Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to deliver your order), your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), and legal obligation (records we’re required to keep).

05 How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share what’s necessary with trusted partners that help us run the service: Stripe and NOWPayments (payment processing), Hostinger (hosting), Discord (community and support), and Trustpilot (reviews). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or boosters.

06 Game credentials & account safety

When you provide game login details for an account-share order, they are handled with extra care: encrypted in transit, accessible only to your assigned booster for the duration of the order, never used for anything other than completing your order, and deleted once the order is complete. Boosters route through a VPN in your country and play manually — no cheats, bots, or third-party software.

07 Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Game credentials are deleted on order completion. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see §9).

08 Data security

We use encryption, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your information. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your data and limit access to those who need it to do their job.

09 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you’re in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), these rights apply to you — and note that we do not sell personal information. 10 International transfers

Because our partners operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data when it’s transferred internationally.

11 Children

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
