Ten is Arctic's number, and like every Military camo it's tracked per weapon: 10 Eliminations covers Assault rifles, Handguns, Launchers, Light Machine Guns, Marksman Rifles, Melee, Specials, and Sub-Machine Guns, while Shotguns need 10 Point Blank Kills and Sniper Rifles 10 x 1 Shot 1 Kill. The count is cumulative, so the five that earned Autumn already count toward it.

What's the fastest way to unlock Arctic?
Because every elimination since you first picked up the weapon counts, most players cross 10 without planning for it. The shotgun and sniper variants are the only ones worth thinking about — stay in point-blank range with the former, and only take shots you can finish in one with the latter.
