Is Stalker still obtainable?

Obtainable now — this camo has no removal date and can still be unlocked.

What's the fastest way to unlock Stalker?

The totals start to bite at 70 per gun, so lean on fire rate — weapons that put more rounds downrange convert near-misses into headshots faster. Launcher users get a break here: the 40 Kills/Streaks line counts streak takedowns as well as kills, which is steadier progress than chasing infantry with rockets.
