Shattered Gold is the first rung of Black Ops 7's Multiplayer mastery ladder, and it's earned one weapon at a time. Finish a gun's nine Military and three Special camo challenges, then complete its Tier 1 Mastery challenge in Multiplayer to apply Shattered Gold to that weapon.

Objective modes like Hardpoint and Domination feed you the fastest, most consistent kills — run them during a Double XP window where possible. Match your loadout to whatever base challenge you're clearing (headshots, hipfire, point-blank) so the camo work happens inside your normal games.
