What's the fastest way to unlock Molten Gold?

Campaign progress is mission-driven, so replay missions with heavy enemy density and bring the weapons you still need camos on. Higher difficulties put more targets in each checkpoint, and reloading checkpoints lets you farm a specific challenge type over and over.
