How do you unlock the Akita?
The Akita is a full-auto shotgun in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, available as part of the base launch roster. It is characterized by excellent mobility and handling that is balanced out by high recoil and a short effective range. A Season One update later added the Akita ScorchLink Akimbo attachment, allowing the weapon to be dual-wielded.

Leveling the Akita
A snappy, fully automatic shotgun built for close-range aggression, offering excellent mobility, handling, and accuracy at the cost of high recoil and short effective range.
Weapon XP comes from kills and objective play with the Akita equipped, up to Level 43. Leveling it unlocks its attachments and feeds every camo challenge below.
Akita camos
