Most attachments come from Marksman challenges
Most primary-weapon attachments use per-gun kill milestones, and the requirements vary by weapon. Every threshold and the pistol or fixed-scope exceptions are listed on the weapon pages.

Does World at War have weapon camos?

No. The original Call of Duty: World at War (2008) multiplayer shipped without selectable weapon camos. The camo explainer separates the cut patterns from Expert challenges, the Camouflage perk, Zombies Pack-a-Punch finishes and PC mods.

Does World at War have multiplayer weapon camos?

No. Planned weapon camos were cut before release. Expert headshot challenges award XP only, and the Level 12 Camouflage perk hides you from Recon Planes instead of changing a weapon finish.
