How do you unlock the MP9?

The MP9 unlocks at Level 16 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011). It unlocks at Level 16 with a 32-round fully automatic magazine. It is a flexible automatic backup when fired in short strings, but it remains a secondary rather than a replacement rifle. It does not take camo.
