The G18 unlocks at Level 70 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011). It unlocks at Level 70 with a 20-round fully automatic magazine. Its sharp close burst can cover an emergency, but capacity and recoil punish any attempt to hold the trigger through a longer fight. It does not take camo.
