Red camo unlocks at Weapon Level 27 for assault rifles, SMGs and shotguns, or Level 26 for LMGs and sniper rifles. The requirement is per weapon.

How do you make progress toward Red?
Protect progress efficiency by using a reliable attachment and proficiency combination; late-track kills matter more than forcing every remaining accessory challenge.
Red does not indicate class mastery. Only the selected weapon earns it, and normal Prestige resets the underlying weapon level.
