Blue camo requires Weapon Level 24 for assault rifles, Level 25 for SMGs and sniper rifles, Level 23 for LMGs, or Level 21 for shotguns.

How do you make progress toward Blue?
The class thresholds now diverge noticeably, so verify the current weapon's requirement instead of assuming every primary unlocks Blue at the same level.
Blue remains tied to one weapon's XP track. It is not a class completion reward and is reset by normal Prestige.
