How do you unlock the PTRS-41?

The PTRS-41 unlocks at Level 57 in Call of Duty: World at War (2008). Unlike the rest of its menu class, the PTRS-41 fires semi-automatically and arrives with a permanent Sniper Scope. Five rounds and faster follow-up capability make it a distinct late precision weapon, but there is no iron-sight option and no Marksman attachment track. World at War multiplayer has no selectable weapon camos; Expert headshot challenges award XP only.
