The M4A1 is available once Create-a-Class opens at Level 4 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It is a flexible full-auto rifle built around mild recoil, a quick rate of fire and fast reload handling. It is easy to keep on target through short or sustained bursts, making it forgiving from close to medium range. Its lower per-shot damage means accuracy and clean follow-up shots matter more as distance grows. Its camo track finishes at Fall (250 headshots with this weapon).
