How Black Ops 6 camos unlock

Start with nine Military camos in one mode, then complete that weapon’s two Special challenges in the same mode. The Mastery route then progresses through four separate challenges. Earning an unlocked Special and equipping an already-owned Special use different gates. Event, Ranked, CDL and promotion camos are not prerequisites for Dark Matter, Nebula or Abyss. Weapon levels unlock attachments; Black Ops 6 Military camos can be started as soon as you can use the weapon. Pack-a-Punch appearance changes happen during Zombies matches and are separate from permanent Military, Special and Mastery unlocks.

13 of the camos are paid DLC rather than in-game unlocks. Historical event, pack and promotion routes do not guarantee current access.

Entering classic Prestige can relock player-level weapons. Weapon levels, earned camos and challenge progression persist. Permanent Unlocks and blueprint ownership can retain access.
