How do you make progress toward Splashed?

Check the exact named event, season or entitlement. Progress in an unrelated camo challenge cannot substitute for this reward’s original requirement.

This cosmetic is not a prerequisite for Gold, Dark Matter, Mystic Gold, Nebula, Gold Tiger or Abyss. Event, Ranked and promotional conditions belong to their named distribution windows; a new season does not reopen the old reward automatically.
