What's the fastest way to unlock Struck Oil?
Reach Rezi 12 Weapon Level 22 before attempting this challenge. Keep engagements close enough to register Point Blank; ordinary short-range kills are not automatically Point Blank kills. It counts in Multiplayer or DMZ. DMZ needs more kills, because non-player enemies count there.
