Reach Mojave .357 Weapon Level 16 before attempting this challenge. Look for One Shot Kill feedback. A finishing hit after earlier damage may not satisfy that counter. It counts in Multiplayer or DMZ. DMZ needs more kills, because non-player enemies count there.
