The Double-Barreled Shotgun unlocks at Level 29 in Call of Duty: World at War (2008). Two immediate shots give it strong room-clearing potential, but every engagement is followed by a full reload. The Sawed-Off attachment widens the close spread and damage while reducing accuracy and effective reach, pushing the weapon even further toward point-blank routes. World at War multiplayer has no selectable weapon camos; Expert headshot challenges award XP only.
