The XM25 unlocks at Level 52 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011). It unlocks at Level 52 with four semi-automatic explosive rounds. It supports quick corrective shots and area pressure, but limited ammunition and an arcing projectile still require restraint. It does not take camo.
