How do you unlock the USP .45?

The USP .45 is available once Create-a-Class opens at Level 4 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It is the default balanced handgun for Create-a-Class. Its 12-round magazine, manageable recoil and stronger reach than the M9 make it a dependable emergency sidearm when a primary runs dry. It is less forgiving from the hip and carries fewer rounds than the M9, so deliberate aimed follow-up shots work best. It does not take camo.
