How do you unlock the Thumper?

The Thumper unlocks at Level 14 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It has one grenade loaded and one in reserve. Its arcing projectile can reach enemies behind low cover or around objective approaches, but multiplayer requires aimed fire and the grenade has a close safety distance. Missing either of the two rounds leaves the class without explosive pressure. It does not take camo.
