How do you unlock the Stinger?

The Stinger unlocks at Level 30 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It is MW2's dedicated anti-air launcher. It carries one missile loaded and one in reserve, locks onto enemy killstreak aircraft and cannot fire freely at players or terrain. That specialization makes it reliable for clearing UAVs and larger air support, but flares may divert a missile and leave only one follow-up shot. It does not take camo.
