The Javelin unlocks at Level 50 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It can lock onto vehicles or a selected ground location in multiplayer. Its top-attack path can punish objectives and clustered enemies behind cover, but the lock and flight take time and the missile needs clear overhead space. It starts with one rocket, so prediction matters more than reaction. It does not take camo.
