How Ghosts camos unlock

The standard Ghosts ladder contains Snow, Brush, Autumn, Ocean, Red, Caustic, Scale, Crocodile, Green, Net, Trail and Woodland. The condition changes by class, so every camo page includes the exact assault-rifle, SMG, LMG, marksman, sniper, shotgun and Riot Shield matrix. Only primary firearms and the Riot Shield use the normal twelve-camo path. Handguns, launchers, the Combat Knife, Gold Combat Knife and Gold PDW do not earn those camos. 26 of the camos are paid DLC rather than in-game unlocks. The 30 non-Clan extras include 26 historically paid customization finishes plus Ice, Advanced Warfare, Spectrum and Holiday Sweater. Current ownership, purchase and installation options differ across Xbox, PlayStation and Steam; the guide documents original access without promising universal present-day availability.

Gold & Diamond mastery

Gold — complete all 12 standard camouflage challenges on the same eligible weapon; Clan Wars and downloadable or promotional finishes are not required.

Clan Wars rewards

Ghosts includes three retired Clan Wars rewards and 30 Personalization Pack, Season Pass, free or promotional finishes outside the Gold route. Store availability and legacy entitlements vary by platform; none of those 33 extras is required for Gold.

Ghosts uses a squad of soldiers for multiplayer progression. Gold Combat Knife at Prestige 5 and Gold PDW at Prestige 10 are dedicated reward variants, not ordinary Gold-camo completions. Per-weapon camouflage progress should not be confused with a soldier's Prestige state.

Ghosts released across Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Wii U. Multiplayer populations, backward compatibility, downloadable-content stores and entitlement behavior differ by platform, so this guide reports the original multiplayer systems and qualifies current access instead of assuming every add-on remains purchasable everywhere.
