Reviewed July 27, 2026. Game identity, Pick 10, weapon leveling and the Peacekeeper's post-launch status were checked against Activision material. Current PlayStation availability and the 25-pack bundle were checked against PlayStation Store listings. Class and weapon-specific camouflage requirements were cross-checked against recorded in-game challenge wording. Base multiplayer capacities and weapon identifications were checked against a dedicated BO2 stat reference and IMFDB, with fictional or uncertain designs labeled as such. Crossbow mechanics and legacy camo access were separately checked against historical references and the current Steam Digital Deluxe listing. Setup advice and weapon comparisons are editorial and avoid unsupported damage or time-to-kill claims.

Also written asChicom, Chicom CQB SMG
RoleThree-round-burst mobile SMG
Real-world basisModified Jianshe CS/LS2 from the QCQ-05 weapon family
StrengthsBurst fire encourages efficient head-level placement; SMG mobility helps create the close angles where a centered burst matters most
TradeoffsA missed burst produces a noticeable correction window; Tracking several targets is less forgiving than with a fully automatic SMG
Attachments and setup notesQuickdraw Handle supports quick burst placement; Long Barrel helps on the edge of a close lane; Select Fire changes the weapon's behavior but should be chosen only when the class needs continuous fire
Challenge noteFinish 100 headshots, then 30 Revenge medals, 150 kills with no attachments, 150 kills with no perks, 20 Double Kill medals and 10 Bloodthirsty medals. Completing all 14 challenges earns Gold on this SMG.
Progression tipLet the burst reset between headshot attempts, then work short objective routes for Double Kills and Bloodthirsties.
Camo tipAim before the doorway opens and use one deliberate burst per target whenever possible.
Compared withThe SWAT-556 is a burst rifle for longer lanes; the Chicom CQB brings the burst concept into a faster, closer SMG route.
