How do you unlock the SPAS-12?

The SPAS-12 is available once Create-a-Class opens at Level 4 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It is the default pump-action shotgun and a deliberate close-range backup. Its eight-shell tube and strong single-shot reach reward centering one blast before committing, but every shot must be cycled and shells reload one at a time. Missing the opening blast gives faster shotguns a clear window to answer. It does not take camo.
