How do you unlock the Combat Knife?

The Combat Knife is equipped when the primary slot is left empty, so it does not cost Squad Points. It is a fast close-only weapon and does not receive the twelve normal Ghosts camos. It does not take camo.

The Combat Knife is a universal default available from the start in Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer. The level cap is 60, and prestige is 10 Prestige levels in the original multiplayer progression, with the squad system linking soldiers to Prestige milestones.

Does the Combat Knife take camos?

No — the Combat Knife cannot equip weapon camouflage in Call of Duty: Ghosts. It uses its own weapon challenges instead.
