How do you unlock the C9?

The C9 is a conventional automatic SMG for close-range routes in Black Ops 6. It is available from the initial weapon selection. Its Multiplayer, Zombies and Warzone camo challenges are separate; weapon levels are not a prerequisite for starting Military camos.
