How do you unlock Carbon Fiber?

Carbon Fiber is the first advanced challenge camo in Black Ops II and becomes available after Kryptek: Typhon on that weapon. Assault rifles, LMGs and snipers need Longshot medals; SMGs, shotguns and pistols need Revenge medals; launchers and Specials use the weapon-specific requirements listed below.
