On PC, open the Battle.net app and click your avatar in the top-right — your BattleTag (looks like Name#1234) is shown under your name.
On console, your Battle.net account is linked to your platform account — your BattleTag shows on your account/social screen in Diablo 4.
Copy it exactly (the # and the digits matter) and paste it into your order form.

What's the difference between Grand and Flawless Horadric?

Quality tier — Flawless Horadric is the higher tier of the two and carries the stronger socket bonus, which is why it costs a little more.

How is the gem delivered?

Same as everything else here: a quick Selfplay party session on your own account, and the gem goes straight into your inventory.

What does Selfplay mean exactly?

You play your own character on your own account, and your booster parties up with you in-game via a BattleTag invite. We never ask for your password and nothing about your account changes.

Is my account safe?
