What you need before ordering

Your PSN account email and password. We strongly recommend setting a temporary password just for the service — change it back the moment we're done.
3–4 PSN backup codes from your account's 2-Step Verification settings. We use a one-time backup code to sign in — no need to text us live 2FA codes.

How to generate your PSN backup codes (about 5 minutes)

Sign in at playstation.com/account/management with your PSN email + password.
Click Account Management, then go to the Security tab.
Open 2-Step Verification. If it's not enabled, you'll be prompted to enable it first (verification app or phone number — about 2 minutes).
Once 2SV is enabled, scroll down to Backup Codes. Click Generate (or View).
Copy 3–4 codes and paste them into our intake form. Each code can only be used once.
