Boss Services is committed to protecting your privacy. Here’s exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

01 Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how Boss Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, place an order, or interact with us on Discord. It applies to all customers, applicants (boosters, creators, resellers), and visitors.

02 Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you register.
• Order information — the services you buy, game/rank details, and order history.
• Game credentials — provided only for account-share orders; shared solely with your assigned booster and deleted after completion (see §6).
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple/Google Pay) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We never see or store your full card or wallet details.
• Communications — messages you send via tickets, email, the contact form, or Discord.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.

03 How we use your information

• To provide, deliver, and support your orders and match you with a booster.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To communicate with you about orders, support requests, and important updates.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

04 Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to deliver your order), your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), and legal obligation (records we’re required to keep).

05 How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share what’s necessary with trusted partners that help us run the service: Stripe and NOWPayments (payment processing), Hostinger (hosting), Discord (community and support), Crisp (live chat), and Trustpilot (reviews). We also use automated and AI-assisted tools to help provide support and operate our services (see §7 and §8). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or boosters.

Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement. Unless you opt out of marketing cookies, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising. Meta may receive the public pages and products you view, cart and checkout activity, product identifiers, purchase amount and currency, event time, IP address, browser information, and browser/click identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Purchase events are sent from our server after payment, together with a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your checkout email so Meta can match the purchase to an ad you saw or clicked. Meta never receives the email itself. This integration does not send names, payment-card details, game login credentials, support messages, or intake answers to Meta. Meta processes measurement data under its Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing cookies or change your choice through the cookie settings.

We keep a first-party privacy-choice record so a withdrawal can stop a purchase measurement event that has not yet been sent. The record links to the browser used at checkout; when you are signed in, withdrawal also applies to earlier orders on that account. The privacy-choice identifier is not sent to Meta. If a guest clears cookies or changes devices, we cannot automatically connect that choice to an earlier checkout. Contact support if you need to withdraw measurement consent for a pending order.

Google Analytics and Google Ads. Unless you opt out of analytics or marketing cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to measure our ads and show them to people who visited before. Google may receive the pages you view, cart and checkout activity, purchase amount, currency and order number, browser and device information, IP address and ad-click identifiers. With Google signals on, Google can link this activity to the Google accounts of signed-in users who allow ad personalization; we only see aggregated reports, such as age ranges and interests. After a purchase, we also send Google Ads a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your checkout email so the sale can be matched to an ad you clicked. Google never receives the email itself. You can opt out in our cookie settings, manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Anonymous public-page counts. Independently of cookie choices, we count public page views to understand site use and improve it. Only daily totals by public page and broad referrer group are kept on Boss, for up to 90 days. This counter uses no tracking cookies or visitor identifiers and does not store IP addresses, form contents or individual browsing histories. Its totals are not sent to Google or Meta. Browser privacy signals are honored. You can exclude your browser from these counts. Ordinary hosting and security logs are separate from this counter.

06 Game credentials & account safety

When you provide game login details for an account-share order, they are handled with extra care: encrypted in transit, accessible only to your assigned booster for the duration of the order, never used for anything other than completing your order, and deleted once the order is complete. Boosters route through a VPN in your country and play manually — no cheats, bots, or third-party software.

07 Communications & third-party platforms

We communicate with you and coordinate your order through email, our on-site support tools and live chat, and third-party community and messaging platforms (such as Discord). The information needed to identify and fulfil your order — such as your contact details, order information, and the messages you send us — may be processed on those platforms and by the providers that operate them, under their own privacy policies and potentially outside your country (see §12). Sensitive details such as game login credentials are only ever shared with your assigned booster to complete your order, and are handled as described in §6. You can request a copy or deletion of your communications at any time (see §11), subject to records we are required to keep.

08 Automated & AI-assisted support

We use automated tools and AI-assisted assistants to help provide customer support, moderation, security, and day-to-day operations across our website and community channels. These tools may process the account, order, and communication information described in this policy, together with related activity on our community platforms, to answer questions, keep your order moving, and keep our services secure.

We do not sell this information, use it for advertising or spam, or use your messages to train machine-learning or AI models. Any operational logs containing this information are kept only as long as needed for support, security, and troubleshooting — generally no more than 30 days. Operational logs or stored Discord-related data are encrypted at rest where required and access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers.

These automated tools assist our team; they do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and you can reach a human at any time. To request deletion of this activity data, email support@bosslobbies.com or open a support ticket in our official Discord server.

09 Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Game credentials are deleted on order completion. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see §11).

10 Data security

We use encryption, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your information. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your data and limit access to those who need it to do their job.

11 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you’re in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), these rights apply to you — and note that we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@bosslobbies.com and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by law.

12 International transfers

Because our partners operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data when it’s transferred internationally.

13 Children

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14 Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can control these at any time — see our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and consent options.

15 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date on this page. Significant changes may also be announced on our website or Discord.
