How do you unlock the Vector?

The Vector unlocks at Level 12 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009). It is a very fast-firing, low-recoil SMG that wins through accuracy and volume rather than high bullet damage. It tracks moving targets smoothly and feels responsive in close fights, but its magazine disappears quickly if the trigger is held. Controlled bursts preserve ammunition and make the stable recoil more useful for head placement. Its camo track finishes at Fall (250 headshots with this weapon).
