What you need before ordering

Black Ops Cold War on your Activision account.
An Xbox account linked to that Activision account. It does not have to be the platform you play on. Free to create and link if you do not have one.
Your Xbox sign-in email and a temporary password — set the temporary one before you order and change it back when the order is done.
The recovery email on the Microsoft account, so we can sign in while you are offline.
Stay off the account while we are working on it.

How to order step by step

What this service does not include

It does not unlock weapons. Guns you have not unlocked stay locked. Our multiplayer service covers that.
It does not give weapon XP or weapon levels. Your gun levels are untouched, and the same multiplayer service handles maxing them.
It does not include the base Zombies camo sets. This is the mastery tier and the unlocks listed above, not the 35 standard Zombies camos underneath them.

Cold War has crossplay and cross-platform progression, so unlocks live on your Activision account rather than on one console. We sign in through an Xbox account linked to your Activision account, and what we unlock shows up wherever you play, PlayStation and PC included. If you have never linked an Xbox account, making one is free and takes a couple of minutes.

FAQ

I play on PlayStation or PC. Can I still buy this?

Yes. Cold War progression is tied to your Activision account, not to one console, so anything unlocked shows up on every platform linked to it. The only thing you need is an Xbox account linked to that same Activision account, which is free to make.

What are the three Zombies mastery camos?

Golden Viper, Plague Diamond and Dark Aether. They sit above the 35 standard Zombies camos, and normally each one gates the next: Golden Viper needs every base camo on a weapon, Plague Diamond needs Golden Viper on a whole weapon class, and Dark Aether needs Plague Diamond on every class. This service applies all three across every gun on your account.

Is this the same as Dark Matter?

No. Dark Matter is the multiplayer mastery camo with its own separate challenges. Dark Aether is the Zombies one. You can equip Dark Aether in multiplayer, but it is not earned there. If you want both, the Everything package covers the pair.

Does this unlock my guns or level them up?

No to both. Weapons you have not unlocked stay locked, and your weapon levels do not move. Our multiplayer service covers unlocking and maxing weapons.

Do I get the base Zombies camos too?

No. The 35 standard Zombies camo sets are not part of this. You get the mastery tier and whichever package you pick.

What do the Aetherium Crystals do?

They are the Zombies upgrade currency. Raw Crystals buy the first three tiers of every skill, and Refined and Flawless Crystals push Weapon Classes, Field Upgrades, Perks and Ammo Mods into tiers four and five. At 999,999 of each you never have to farm a crystal again.

Which calling cards are left out?

Five cards that came from Warzone event tracks rather than Zombies itself: Ever Closer, Crosswalk Chaos, Legion Remade, Almost Dead and Underworld. Every other Zombies calling card is included.

Do you need my password?

Yes, for this one. It is a recovery service, so we sign in to do the work. Set a temporary password before you order, and change it back the moment the order is done.

Can I keep playing while you work?

Please do not. We are signed in to the account, and playing at the same time can interrupt the work. Your booster will tell you in the ticket when it is finished.
