Yes. Aniimo’s official mobile launch notice lists a free choice when you reach Grade I Wayfarer. Check your progression rewards and the choices shown on your own account before committing to a particular target.
The announcement establishes the reward and rank, but does not list every eligible choice. Do not assume that every creature, event form or Sparkling appearance is included. Compare the actual reward list with the name you want.
If you have already used that selection, identify the acquisition route for your next target. A free choice, an egg reward and a wild capture are different routes. Treating them as interchangeable makes it easy to spend time in the wrong place.
How do you check where a Prismana appears?

No. The client displays them separately. The Hexxin screen below has Prismana selected while also showing Sparkling Type VII. That means a picture can show both labels at once; the extra appearance should not be assumed from the word Prismana alone.
The Sparkling Cube description names Sparkling and Perfect Potential as separate outcomes. Those are extra attributes to check when comparing a target or an offer. Read the item you actually hold instead of relying on a similar name in a comment or guide.
Before using a limited item, compare its full name, eligible target and stated effect. If you are trying to change appearance, make sure that is what the tooltip describes. A preview or another player’s result is not a substitute for the item description on your account.

Prismana Waleetle’s Berylline Vale window runs from October 5 at 04:00 through October 12 at 03:59. Eligibility is Student II. By our October 5 check at 10 AM Eastern, the announced changeover time had passed for all three listed servers; check your own event panel to confirm the live target.
Those clock times use each listed server’s offset: Europe UTC, Americas UTC−4 and APAC UTC+8. They are not one worldwide changeover instant. Recheck the official schedule and your in-game panel before travelling. Do not treat an older guide’s featured creature as proof that its event is still running.
What does Boss Prismana Capture cover?
If you want help after checking the free routes, the current Boss offer covers one named Prismana capture. It requires the target area’s Bloom to be unlocked, excludes Fenmane and Fulmintis, and does not include Sparkling.
