It counts on every platform
Aniimo has crossplay and cross-progression: progress lives on your Aniimo Pass for each server, not on one device. We sign in with your Aniimo Pass, and the result is there on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox and mobile.
How to give us your login
Aniimo signs you in with your Aniimo Pass — the email linked to your account — and a one-time code sent to that email. There is usually no password to share. Your progress is stored on your Aniimo Pass per server, which is why we can work on it from any device.
- Check an email is linked to your account. On Steam: Settings → Account → Email Link. On PS5 and Xbox, the only chance to link an email is the pop-up on your first ever login. On mobile, the Link Email screen at first login.
- Find your server — Aniimo-America, Aniimo-Europe or Aniimo-APAC. Progress on each server is separate, so pick the one your Pathfinder is on.
- After checkout, enter your Aniimo Pass email and server in the secure order form on your order page.
- When your booster is ready to start, they post in your order chat. Aniimo emails you a login code — paste it into the chat. That is the only moment you need to be around.
- Stay logged out while we work. We post in the chat when it is finished, and you log back in to check.
Console player who skipped the email pop-up? Then your progress is tied to your PSN or Microsoft sign-in only, and it cannot be opened from another device. Ask Aniimo support to link an email to your UID first, or message us in live chat before you order.

What does research do?
Each Aniimo has four research tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Prismatic. Each tier adds an accessory slot, so a fully researched Aniimo carries more gear.
Does this catch the Aniimo?
No. You need it already. To get one, order Prismana Capture.
Can I order several tiers?
Yes. Add one per tier or per Aniimo to your cart.
What login details do you need?
Your Aniimo Pass email and your server. Aniimo sends a one-time code to that email when we sign in, and you paste it into your order chat. If you have set a login password, you can add it in the form so we can skip the code.
I play on PS5, Xbox or mobile. Can I still buy this?
Yes, as long as an Aniimo Pass email is linked to your account. Progress is shared across every platform on the same server, so the result shows up wherever you play.
Can I keep playing while you work?
Please do not. Logging in yourself ends our session and pauses the order. Your booster tells you in the ticket when it is finished.
How long does it take?
We confirm a start time in your order ticket once we have your details.
Is my account safe?
